What’s AI Summary?

This feature is designed specifically for Unmoderated Usability Tests and uses audio recordings of tasks and task details. Here’s what you get, all in seconds:

  • Overall Response Summary: A super fast summary of all user feedback across participants
  • Sentiment Analysis: AI automatically sorts feedback into Positive, Neutral, or Negative categories. You’ll know instantly how users feel about your product.
  • Key Findings: AI not only provides insights but also pulls in direct quotes with timestamps from your test results, giving you an easy way to validate AI’s conclusions

It’s fast, it’s smart, and it saves you tons of time!

  • Note: For now, AI Summary is available only for tests in English—don’t worry, more languages are on the way!

  • Individual Response Level: Need to zoom in? Get AI summary for each participant; complete with a sentiment breakdown and key insights with timestamps. Click on a time stamp to watch & hear the relevant part of actual interaction yourself in the test recording.
